This means eligible for the NDIS participant, you can receive funding for the management of your tracheostomy care at home, safely and with the assistance of qualified professionals from Diligent Care Services.

Diligent Care Services have professional staff competent in tracheostomy management, we develop, deliver and monitor tracheostomy care plan. Our staff are competent in basic anatomy, indicator for tracheostomy, skin and stoma care, infection control, suctioning, risks and hints of malfunctions and notifying concerns.
