Enteral Feeding and Management
NDIS funds a range of disability health supports associated with enteral feeding and tube management. This includes:
- Develop and implement a nutrition plan,
- Train support workers in line with practice standards,
- Get supports at mealtimes, and
- Equipment needed to continue your enteral feeding and management plan at home.
Our qualified staff develop, deliver and monitor care plan for individuals who are dependent on nasogastric feeding and Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy (PEG) feeding. Diligent Care Services staff are competent in anatomy of digestive system, the functioning, cleaning, and management of feeding equipment’s, stoma care, feeding supplements, safe and effective enteral feeding techniques.
